Active substances:
Dicalcium phosphate – 20,000 mg
Vitamin D3 – 2500 IU
Vitamin A – 16664 IU
Vitamin E – 50 mg
Brewer’s yeast – 5000 mg
Species for which the VMP – Veterinary Medicinal Product is intended: Only for domestic pigeons whose meat and eggs are not intended for human consumption.
Therapeutic indications: The product is suitable for use in the following cases:
- For healthy shells and eggs
- Strengthening pigeons subjected to heavy physical exertion (postal and high-flying)
- Increasing the flying ability
- Stimulating sexual activity and fertility
- Stimulating growth
- In spasms and paralysis of the muscles
- To stimulate the heart
- In the case of plumage disorders
- With reduced appetite
Dosage and intake: It is administered orally by dissolving in lukewarm water – 8 grams per 2 liters of water or through food – 8 grams per food for 40 pigeons, for 8-10 days.
Withdrawal periods: Not required.
Side effects: No side effects were observed in pigeons treated at therapeutic doses.
Overdose (symptoms, emergency procedures, antidotes): If any serious effects or other effects are observed after the use of this VMP, please inform your veterinary surgeon immediately.
Special precautions to be taken by the animals when using the product: The use of the product must comply with the requirements of official and local regulations for the use of antimicrobials.
Special precautions to be taken by the person administering the VMP to animals: People with known hypersensitivity to the active substance should avoid contact with the VMP. Wash your hands after use. Do not eat, drink, or smoke during use.
Special precautions for storage: Store in the original package in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature below 25 ° C. Keep out of reach of children!
Special precautions for the disposal of unused product or waste material, if any: VMP should not be disposed of with household waste or wastewater. Ask your veterinarian what to do with unnecessary VMPs. Any VMP or its remnants should be disposed of following the requirements of the Waste Management Act.
